Financial commitments

$475 CDN with your own Jersey and Pants
$595 CDN as a new player needing Jersey and Pants.
Is required by Canada Inline to confirm your spot on a Pure Maple team.
Players who fail to meet the financial commitments of the events will be replaced with the next player in line.

I have read and understood the fees associated with this event. I accept the terms to the fees set out by Canada Inline / Pure Maple for this event. I understand my fees are non refundable. I understand that Canada Inline is not responsible for any travel issues I may run into.

Companies who are making a payment of $to 475 or more towards a player fee will receive an Invoice for their payment, and recognition from Canada Inline as one of our athlete sponsors.
Your Invoice will state " Canada Inline Athlete Player Payment "
These are NOT tax charitable donation slips, these are only invoice statements to show the payment you have made.
( Canada Inline is not responsible for the accounting choices companies make with these Invoices )
Payments of less than $475 will still count towards the players total dues, but will not consist of any invoicing sent out.
